In addition, we may disclose information in response to a subpoena, to prevent fraud, or to comply with an inquiry by a governmental agency or regulator (such as a state insurance department).

We will not share your nonpublic personal information for marketing purposes. If we do receive nonpublic personal information about you, we will not share it among our family of companies, except as necessary to maintain accounts, process transactions or provide that you have requested.
